To complete all cards in Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Impact, you must finish the "Ultimate Road". There's a total of 9 chapters in the "Ultimate Road". Every time you finish a mission, you will get a piece of card, you can also buy a piece or pack of card on the shop in every chapter using your NP (Ninja Points). If you got the Jiraiya map card, you will be able to choose "Super Hard" as a level of difficulty. If you play the "Super Hard" difficulty, there's a high chance that you will get more and rare cards on every mission you play.
